Meet Loki! An 8 month old full blown Husky!
Loki's ideal family needs a fenced in yard and an active lifestyle. He thrives on daily walks and exercise. Walks decent on a leash and loves other dogs. Does well with children but would prefer older children as he is hyper and accidentally knocks them down while playing.
Knows no stranger and loves anyone willing to give him attention. He still has alot to learn and a big ole puppy that thrives with positive reinforcements.
Loki is "Ok" with cats but his new home would not have cats. As he ages and calms down he should do fine but for now he chases and pounces them. He also should not go to a home with elder dogs. His foster home has elder dogs and he is too playful and annoying for the oldies.
Please research the breed if you are not familiar. This is not a good apartment breed and they require frequent grooming.

Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO.
Our $250 adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.
We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
