Good with dogs, loves playing with his foster siblings. He is a very shy dog and will do best in a home with another dog that can show him the ropes.

Working on potty training, he has had no accidents since his first day in his foster home, but often wants you to accompany him outside to potty.
Medium to high energy level, he loves to run around outside with his foster siblings, but also enjoys a good nap and snuggle on the couch.

Overall Emmitt is an awesome dog and while he still has puppyish behaviors he has a wonderful temperament and learns quickly. He is a very loving and playful guy. His smile melts your heart!

Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO.
Emmitt’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.
We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
