Snowball is a gentle, quiet senior boy available for adoption through the American Eskimo Rescue of St. Louis. He weighs about 20 pounds and is about 14 years old, but he still has plenty of pep in his step! A perfect day for Snowball would include waking up with his humans, going for a nice walk to sniff around the block, taking a nap in a sunny spot, getting his head scratched, watching the neighborhood through the front door, and ending the day with one last belly rub.

 

Snowball came to the rescue after his owner passed away. He prefers to spend lots of time with his people and would prefer a quieter home with a daily routine. He is good in the car and does great on a leash. He prefers sleeping in bed with his foster family at night. He enjoys being around other dogs as long as they don't try to play too rough with him. 

 

Snowball's bloodwork from the vet came back great. He has some staining and sparse patches on his coat due to licking from flea allergies, but he has been treated for the fleas and is now on allergy medicine to make him more comfortable. He also received a dental cleaning from the rescue.
