This handsome blue-eyed blonde is Blu.  He is guessed to be a year old shepherd/husky mix.   He’s approximately 45 lbs and very trim.  He’s on the leggy side but not a large dog but is likely to fill out as he ages.  He was immediately accepted by his foster home dogs and has done very well with them.   He is a little dominant with the other one-year-old foster in the home who came in after he did   Although, the other foster is his play mate and they play constantly.   He does well in a crate with treats and chews.   He sleeps out of the crate at night as he has no accidents over night.  He is doing very well on his house breaking although he has a doggy door to use.   He is super sweet and affectionate and loves attention from humans.  Do not know how he would be with cats.   Would imagine he would be good with children.   He would make an active family a great companion.

Blu’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
