Almora  is  a sweet, sweet girl who is ready to find a family who will love her forever. She was left behind when her owners went elsewhere, so she ended up at an animal control in rural Missouri. Needy Paws brought her to the big city, and now she's ready for her new life . Almora is around 1 year old and a mix of breeds, perhaps beagle and pointer (but she hasn’t howled yet).   Almora LOVES other dogs and is always asking them, "Wanna play? Wanna play? Wanna play?" But she's cool if they say no. She just finds something else to do. Almora is also cat-friendly; she will show great interest in them, which may annoy the cats, but she means no harm by it and will walk away if asked to. Almora does exceptionally well in her crate, seems housebroken, and walks well on a leash and knows “sit.” This girl is perfection.

If you are interested in meeting Almora, complete the Adoption Application on our website at www.NeedyPaws.org and we will contact you. Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO.

Almora’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
