Doesn't need a fenced yard but would recommend it because he enjoys being outdoors.

We think Schroeder had a rough past because he doesn't do too well with strangers. Once he gets to know you he is so friendly and his tail gets going and it doesn't stop!

He is pretty calm all throughout the day but if you mention going on a walk he instantly gets excited. He does walk very well on a leash and doesn't pull. He does like to run a little bit, never very far though.

He does need some work when it comes to the basic commands like sit and lie down. He is still learning how to play but, when he gets excited, he starts bouncing all around and starts picking everything up.

Schroeder’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
