Finn is a spunky Plott Hound Mix who has come so far from when he first entered the Needy Paws Family.  Finn  is people and dog friendly. It took him a little bit to get comfortable with his doggy foster sister but now he loves her! He has not been around kids but they don’t seem to bother him while coming across them on walks.  He has not had any exposure to cats.  He is still learning his name and we are working on potty training and crate training but he is definitely trainable as he will do anything for a treat.  He also does really well walking on a leash.

Finn loves to snuggle up on the couch or in his dog bed while his foster mom is working from home.  Just recently, he has grown to love all of his toys.   He also loves to play with his doggy foster sister, particularly chasing her around the kitchen.  His favorite toy is his fish and he takes it to bed with him.

If you are interested in meeting Finn, complete the Adoption Application on our website at www.NeedyPaws.org and we will contact you. Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO.

Finn’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
