Astrid is a very energetic girl!! She's sweet and snuggly and flops to the ground in front of you to get belly and chest rubs and loves to be held! But usually she's being an energetic pup running around and playing with squeeky toys or playing fetch. She also loves chewing on chew toys and can be a bit mouthy, so might not be the best with very small children unless with additional reinforcement not to bite hands. She's not too vocal, but does bark when she gets extremely excited when playing. She's gets along well with her litter mate and with our 3 adult boxers, but she hasn't met a cat yet. She's very smart and learns quickly (eg.stops chewing on things immediately when she hears NO) and is doing well with potty training, especially when kept on a schedule.  Astrid is a typical puppy that will require ongoing training.

Astrid’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
