Romy is ready to learn how to be a dog!! This little 10 pound Miniature Schnauzer has lived her entire 6 year life as a mill dog. A life of being in a kennel and having puppies. She was released to rescue and is ready to learn all the good things! Romy will need a patient family that will go at her pace while she learns about all the good things this world has to offer! She is friendly with other dogs and would love to have a doggy friend to show her the way. Romy is shy at first but is eager to please once she warms up to you. Romy has never been on walks, and does not know a leash. For that reason, Romy will need a secured fenced yard to ensure her safety. She is working hard on potty training and does well with a routine. Young kids could possibly be overwhelming for Romy right now, so a more laid back, calm household would suit her best. Do you have what it takes to be Romy’s new family???
