Meet Elvis! This good boy is a 5 month old lab/hound mix puppy who
came to us from southern Illinois. He is around 25 pounds now and we
expect he could get upwards of 60 pounds full grown. He is wonderful
with humans and dogs and loves to play and cuddle with whoever he
comes across. We think that he would do great in a home with kids, but
he does like to playfully nibble and will need to be taught his
manners at first. Elvis has not been cat tested.

He is very food motivated and will be easy to work with. He is almost
completely potty trained but will need reinforcement in his new home.
Elvis sleeps great in a crate, but is comfortable on a couch or bed
with his human. He is a medium energy dog and is shaping up to be an
active guy who loves exercise, but knows how to lounge and nap with
the best of them. He has the sweetest face and loves to give kisses.
He will be available for adoption in the next two week, as he is still
going through his final rounds of shots. Elvis is a typical puppy that will require ongoing training.

Elvis ’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
