Dell is a 6 ½  year old Border Collie mix who’s looking for his forever family.  Typical for his breed, Dell needs an active family and some “work” to keep his brain entertained.  He’ll retrieve a ball all.day.long.  He loves walks and is doing much better on a leash.  He’s extremely smart & learns new tricks and behaviors quickly.  He’s a cuddle bug and loves belly rubs.

Dell has some anxiety issues and can be whiny if not given enough exercise or when overly excited.  He does need medication for storms to keep him calm.

He’s crate trained and house broken.  He’s dog selective and prefers non dominant dogs.  He’s living with cats now but is not a fan.. 

Dell LOVES kids but will “herd” smaller kids by nipping at their heels. Dell needs a home without small children.

Dell is a silly boy who always keeps us laughing with his weird sleeping and lounging positions.  He’s affectionate and loves to be snuggled.
