General Size/Weight:  Small (approx. 10lbs - Collar size XXS)

Good with Kids / Dogs / Cats: Bruiser lives with a Furever rescue sister that is a medium size Pitty and they get along great! He also lives with 3 foster kids (14yo, 12yo & 7yo) and loves them too!

Energy Level:  Bruiser is a very funny, loving, medium energy pup.  He is very chatty when he needs something and likes hang out inside or outside and take walks or run around in the yard.  He will bark at you when he needs to go outside, is hungry or wants to play!  He is good in his cage and might bark for a minute or two but usually he will quiet down and settle himself into his bed and cozy up to his blanket!

 Currently his foster yard has a 4ft. chain-link fence but does not have the rear side ... When he is let outside he will do his business and mosey around but doesn't leave the unfenced part of the yard. He likes to sit in the sun and just relax on nice days. If you have to walk trash to an alley dumpster he will follow and return with you, he does not stray.  He likes to chew on his femur bones and it keeps him busy and his teeth nice!  

Knows any commands/Has training:  He knows his name so when called and not on a leash he will come right to you. He knows how to sit and stay. We are working on shake (but he is small so he can be tipsy sometimes when trying). He walks great on a leash with a harness. He loves going for car rides, I definitely  recommend a pup car leash or car-seat  to keep him in his seat :-)

Any other fun or important facts about your foster:  He is a ball of fun energy and loves to snuggle!  He has an awesome personality!  He is a little guy but once he gets a little more meat on his bones he will be ready to love on even more (he's a little on the bony side and just needs to get into a normal routine eating).
