Theodore (AKA Teddy)
 
Teddy is a sweet, loyal boy looking for a lifelong family. He’s a bit shy at first, he warms up VERY quickly. He’s obedient, cuddly, and absolutely loves attention. He’s the perfect playmate and very easy to train!
 
Breed: Unknown mix (looks like mostly Golden/Labrador Retriever or Rhodesian Ridgeback)
Age: Almost 2 years
Weight: 39 lbs
Color: Golden brown with a tiny white stripe on his forehead
Size: Medium-sized
Good with kids: Yes
Good with other dogs: Yes
Housebroken: Yes
Crate-trained: Yes, but would prefer to sleep outside of his crate if possible
Leash-trained: Yes
Energy level: High
Barks: Only when startled
Fence: Not necessary, but he would enjoy having a fenced-in backyard to play in 
Likes: Walks, going outside, playing fetch, dance parties, chewing bones, car rides, lullabies, and cuddles
Dislikes: Sewer grates & baths
Training: Knows “sit," comes to his name (“Teddy”), and listens if you say “NO"

Theodore ’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
