Betty
Heeler-lab mix
7-8 months, 40 pounds
Tall, slender body
Very friendly with people and some dogs; would do best in a home with a dog of a smaller stature and less energy or as the only dog (as long as you can socialize her). Can get jealous and territorial.
Older puppy energy and would benefit from a fenced-in yard or several walks throughout the day
Mostly crate- and house-trained. May initially try to push her limits but does well with firm commands. Does not pull on leash during walks.
Does not like car rides and starts drooling everywhere and occasionally vomits.
Loves people and warms quickly but needs a little help with initial potty training in a new environment.
Occasionally barks; good for apartment but would benefit from a yard to run around in.
Hi, I’m Betty! A lovable Heeler-lab mix puppy who wants all the attention and pets! I love my squeak toys and playing fetch. I am the perfect pup for a family that has time to spend with me and give me lots of love. I can always promise a very excited good morning or welcome home from work! I am looking for a loving family and find my fur-ever home!
