Max is a sweet one year old shepherd who has not had an easy start to life.  He is now ready to start a good life with a family that loves him and makes sure he is never hungry again.  He’s underweight at 71 lbs so will be a big boy when he’s filled out.  He’s  very much a puppy still and has a lot of energy.  He is very affectionate and becomes attached quickly to anyone who shows him some love.  He is doing very well with house breaking and does great in a crate.  He does very well with his foster families dogs from the 17 lb  Italian greyhound mix to the 60 lb shepherd/husky mix.  Unknown how he is with cats.   He is quite rambunctious and doesn’t know his size at this time but he is smart and with some proper training will make a great addition to an active home.

Maxmillian ’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
