Spice is a sweet and loving boy. Because of his rough start in life, he is timid about new people and experiences. He can also be skittish. Because of this, Spice would love to live with another dog to give him confidence. Spice also would do best in a calm home, with no young children.  
 
Spice loves to cuddle with his foster parents. Each week he becomes more self-confident. He is average energy. As he explores his foster home, he needs to be watched for chewing - a typical puppy. He is easily distracted with a doggie chew toy. 
 
And those eyes! Spice has unusual light brown eyes that are mesmerizing. So handsome.
 
The mother of Spice and the other five "Fall puppies" was shot, and they were found starving in an abandoned house. A kind woman took them in and they eventually made their way to Needy Paws. If you are interested in Spice, please complete the application at NeedyPaws.org.

Spice is a typical puppy that will require ongoing training.

Spice ’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
