Kate is extremely sweet and loving, she gets attached very quickly, she is good with kids but due to her small size she would do best in a home with older children.   

Low energy, she would rather sit on your lap than to play with other dogs.  

Kate is crated trained, and working on house training, she is doing a great job. She does sleep in a crate at night; however, she would love to sleep in bed with her new family.  

Rides quietly in the car.  

She is friendly with everyone she meets; she is curious and wants to check you out first, but in just a matter of minutes she wants to be friends.   

She would make a great companion for anyone that loves a dog to sit on their lap, snuggle, or take naps together. She does not bark a lot so she would be great in an apartment setting. She does bark when someone is at the door, but quiets down quickly.   

Kate is in a foster home with other dogs, big and small, as well as a cat, but she would prefer not to share her human with another animal.

Kate’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
