Peanut so far, has done fine with my 4 ft chain link fence.
Peanut is a very scared dog, and has very little self confidence. He is learning to live in a house, but my living room is his safe spot, that he is reluctant to leave. He is afraid of going through doorways, loud sudden noises & movements, and leery of bare floors.
Peanut is a clean slate, and needs to be taught/shown everything. He will need a positive reinforcement adopter, who has the time and patience, to help Peanut blossom and become the great dog he is. Peanut would do best in a home with another confident dog. He is a very sweet guy, who is very treat motivated. Peanut seems to be more comfortable outside, but needs to be leashed at all times, and NEVER left out unattended.

Peanut is part of our monthly special. His adoption fee is only $100!

If you are interested in meeting Peanut, complete the Adoption Application on our website at www.NeedyPaws.org and we will contact you. Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO.

Peanut ’s adoption fee is $100.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
