Sophie is a 7yr old Chihuahua mix. She is very petite coming in at only 8lbs.
Sophie is a magnificent middle age lady. She really only has the positives that come along with that.
- Sophie is a true lady and will only take her bathrooom breaks outside (potty trained!)
- She loves to romp in the yard but is also just as content sunbathing
- She is quickly learning how to walk on a leash and how great it is sniff out the neighborhood
- She loves to Cuddle - in bed with her humans or lazing on the sofa
- She loves kids - she would best be with kids over 5 years since she is so tiny and can get scared if approached wrong
- Sophie loves to eat - except for her veggies cause at her age who has time for that.
- Sophie is a bit timid at first meeting so a yard would be a plus so she can grow her relationship with her new human slowly
- She can be a bit bossy of the other dogs in her foster home but is overall very friendly with them.
- She really just wants a good human to pet and love on her all the time

Sophie’s adoption fee is $175.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.
We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
