Well hello! I’m Primrose. I’m thrilled to meet you. Like…THRILLED. I absolutely love people and would spend every second of every day hanging with my family if I could! I’m a really happy girl that is searching for my forever people. My foster mom said that the rescue saved me from animal control, where I was dumped with my daughter. I know I look big in the photos, but I’m actually pretty petite- only 40 lbs!  I love playing with toys and frolicking around in fenced in yards (apparently, I need a tall fence because I get easily distracted by squirrels and bunnies…can you blame me though?) Oh! My foster mom said she wants to brag on me for a minute, so I guess I’ll hand it over to her!”

Sometimes a dog comes along that is SO wonderful, SO fun and SO beautiful that you have to pinch yourself to make sure you aren’t dreaming. That’s Primrose. Everyone who meets her falls in love, and we expect that you will too.

Despite everything she has been through, she is the perfect family dog for either a new dog owner or a long-time dog family. She's incredibly gentle and a soft soul. She is house trained, crate trained (though she doesn’t need one, as she doesn’t destroy things when left out), and is a total lover. She loves kids and is good with dogs (she especially likes the fellas). If you've been looking for someone to run with, or hang on the couch with, Primrose would happily oblige. She’s also smart as a whip- she already knows how to sit, stay, AND shake! Her house manners are fabulous and she promises to only chew on appropriate things! Primrose ’s adoption fee is $195.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
