Howdy y'all I'm Dixie, I'm a tender hearted doll. I am looking for a family of my own.
My foster mom guesstimates me to be about a year and a half. I'm a constant snuggle buddy, and will be well suited in a home were someone is home most of the time.
I am dog, and kid, friendly. I have not been around kitties, but I think I would like them.
I am playful, active, and loving. I'm potty trained, and love running around outside. I am enjoying the mountains of snow that I can play in.
I'm working on crate training, just for when my foster mom is not home. If I'm being honest I had a rough go of it before moving in with my foster mom. So I am a little shadow to my foster family, and have some separation anxiety. My anxiety just leads me to cry when I'm left alone.

Dixie ’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.
We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
