Some may dream of a White Christmas, but I’m dreaming of my very own Fur-ever Home this year.
Hi! I’m CHARLIE, and I’d love nothing more than to curl up next to humans and be their snuggle buddy. Better known as, “Lap Therapy”. I dream of getting lots and lots of attention. Someone that will notice when I’m trying to tell them that I need to… “Go”. A child or two would be fun, but they would have to learn NOT to pull on my ears and tail too hard. Also, a fur-sibling that could run and play with me would sure be swell but not required. Sorry, but I’m Not a fan of cats, rats, and gerbil thingees. Would need my hair brushed once in a while so as not to get yucky, and occasional trips to the groomer to keep me looking spiffy. Most people say they are not allergic to my Bichon Friese breed, because I don’t shed! I’m a Big boy now, 17.5 lbs., and I’ll be SIX my next Birthday. I still have a good amount of energy, and I do pretty good in the house IF I can go on a couple brisk walks every day.
I know how to sit and I’ll come when I hear my name. I’m working on learning down, off, and stay. They say I’m a really Good Boy. I Love walks and car rides too. I would love to share your bed or can sleep in my crate too. I just know I could be that wonderful Special addition to a family somewhere for Christmas.
I promise not to bark too much, but gotta keep up appearances. Da “Protector” of Da House, ya know.
…house…home Sigh… “I’ll be in my new home for Christmas……. If only in my dreams”.

Charlie ’s adoption fee is $195.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
