Espresso is the sweetest little dog you will ever meet despite his tough history. He came to Needy Paws having been abandoned with his siblings during the coldest winter months, so frightened he could barely be touched. He is now thriving in his foster home, put on a good deal of weight, and loves cuddles more than anything. We estimate his age at about 6 and weight at about 25 lbs. Espresso is still learning to trust new people, and working on potty training (mostly successfully!) and some separation anxiety. He is very smart and treat motivated. He follows in other dogs footsteps so he might love another fur brother or sister. He is very playful but when it's time to chill, he will gladly sleep, and snore LOUDLY, pressed up against you. Because he is pretty needy at this time, he might do best in a home where he isn't left alone for large amounts of time during the day. Espresso ’s adoption fee is $195.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
