I’m Riesling, an adorable, petite 1-year-old beagle. I was dumped with my brother in rural Missouri, but thank goodness Needy Paws Rescue came for us and brought us to the big city. While I love my new life, it can be a little scary, so I'm looking for a forever family that will be patient with me while I build my confidence and courage and get comfortable with my new way of life. I would like to be in a home with another confident dog who can show me the ropes. I think I'd be OK with children, but it might be better if they were a little older. I am housebroken and crate trained and can even be left out of my crate when the humans are gone. I get along with playful cats and kittens and am learning how fun it can be to play!

Riesling ’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
