• I had surgery to remove crystal stones in my bladder and now I am on special food.  If you adopt me, Needy Paws will include 2 bags of Urinary Tract food to start with my new family.
• Sitting in my mom's lap is great even though she says my legs are so long.
• I sleep in my dog bed with a blanket at night.
• When I'm alone, my mom gates me in kitchen and I do fine.
• I live with 3 other 10 lb dogs and do really well.
• When I met the cat in the vet office, he slapped me in the face and now I just avoid him.
• My mom said I have medium energy level and I love to play fetch with my ball, rope and stick until your arm gets tired.  I do growl at you while holding my toys as a way of having fun!
• I need a fenced in yard because I like to run "zoomies" around the yard.
• I do bark when I get excited including when you get home, while waiting to eat and playing.
• And Finally, I am really cute with very soft fur and a great personality!!

If you are interested in meeting Sugar Girl, complete the Adoption Application on our website at www.NeedyPaws.org and we will contact you. Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO.

Sugar Girl ’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
