Do you prefer snuggling on the couch to a Friday night out? Is a sunny afternoon hanging in the backyard your ideal weekend? Me, too! My name is Lana and I’m a 50lb mix dreaming of finding my new forever family. 

 

They tell me I’m basically still a puppy at 1.5 years old, but I’m an old soul in a young body. When I first came into this world I was loved so much, but my owner passed and Needy Paws is trying to help me find the laid back, loving family of my dreams!

 

Everyone tells me pictures don’t do me justice, but I’m a little shy. In fact, Needy Paws has been helping me build my confidence so that I can show my new family just how smart and sweet I can be without having to focus on worrying that they won’t be happy with me. And I guess they have a point - I am house trained, sleep through the night, and I don’t even need to be crated when my foster mom leaves because I just like to hang out! But I especially love when there’s another dog — or two! — around to show me the ropes. They really help me remember that I can be happy and confident just like they are!
