This sweet boy is Backster and he is around 8 years old. He currently weighs around 75 pounds but is a bit overweight so he’s working on getting his manly figure back. He is a very loving, happy boy, but is a bit scared right now. He has lost his family of 3 years so he is still adjusting to his new life. He warms up very quickly but even when he is scared, he is still nothing but loving. Backster is dog friendly but isn’t much for playing or rough housing. He’d much rather lay around and relax with his 2 and 4 legged friends. He is currently in a foster home with a cat and has done very well. He has yet to even act like he notices the cat in the house. Backster is crate and potty trained. He does not sleep in his crate at night and has never touched or destroyed a thing in the house. This boy is a true gem and a family would be extremely lucky to have him!

Backster ’s adoption fee is $100.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
