Coal is a dachshund mix, he is estimated to be almost five months old. He is very sweet, loving, and is most comfortable when near his people. He is learning to sit, and lay down. He is a still a puppy, so is not fully potty trained, or crate trained. He goes on a puppy pad about half of the time, will go outside but doesn't like to be alone when outside. He would love for his forever home to be in a family that can spend a lot of time with him. He does not like being in his kennel, quiets down after some time, but will whine if there is noise that he can hear. He would not be good in an apartment. He is an active puppy, and will do great with small children, and gets along well with other dogs. Coal is a typical puppy that will require ongoing training.

Coal ’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
