Hi my name is Benton. I am a 9+ week old Shepherd mix puppy. I am fairly high energy and love lots of attention.  I enjoy being in direct contact with my family or playing with another dog. I will sometimes bark quite a bit in order to get your attention and snuggle! I will require a canine sibling in my new home, as well as a fence. Size estimate medium-large when full grown. I am not old enough to be fully crate/potty trained yet, but I do sleep in a crate at night and exit the crate into my playpen to potty outside of it.  I am a wonderful pup and oh so sweet, but I will definitely benefit from training and an experienced pet owner. I have not been on a leash yet nor a collar, so I will need someone to take extra special care to introduce me to these things slowly and properly. If you want a companion dog that seeks you out for attention and covers you in sloppy puppy breath kisses, I’m your guy! Benton is a typical puppy that will require ongoing training.

Benton ’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
