Hi! My name is Bailey and I am a 4 year old English Springer Spaniel looking for my forever home!! My foster mom told me I have a strange waddle when I walk, but it doesn’t slow me down. I was born with my back legs a little twisted, so I can’t join you on long runs or hikes, but I’ll gladly let you walk me around the neighborhood!! I take some medicine every day with my food, but my foster mom says its very cheap and I am a good boy about taking it. I love, love, love playing ball in the yard and carrying toys around inside. I’m also a big cuddler - even though I am almost 60 pounds I like to climb up on your lap for a belly rub and nap. I love to be around people, my foster mom calls me velcro because I am always sticking right by her! My original owner surrendered me to Needy Paws because she was moving someplace that did not allow a dog (what a strange place!). I have high anxiety with meeting new people which sometimes causes me to act aloof. My foster mom tells me I am getting better especially because we practice with training. I’ve learned all sorts of cool stuff I can’t wait to show you like how to walk on a leash, sit, down, go to my dog bed and stay, and shake! Most importantly I have learned consistency is really important to me. I am crate trained, love playing with other dogs and kids, and only go potty outside.
I can’t wait to meet you and become best friends forever! All you have to do is put in an application at
needypaws.org and my foster mom will tell you more!
Love and wet kisses,
Baily
