Are you looking for a companion that will join you on leisurely walks or one to just hang out at home with? A buddy to join you in your adventures that do not require much energy to accomplish? A friend to listen to you about your day? A snuggle buddy? Well boy, do we have the dog for you!
Meet Rocket.
He is an approximately 5 year Pointer/Lab mix, great with all dogs and people of all sizes and ages and he has had zero reaction to the baby and adult chickens at his foster's home. He has not met kitties but we suspect he would do great with them as well. Rocket knows sit and down, and is pretty decent on a leash. Did we mention he rarely even barks? He sounds pretty perfect, doesn't he?

If you are interested in meeting Rocket, complete the Adoption Application on our website at www.NeedyPaws.org and we will contact you. Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO.
Rocket’s adoption fee is $195.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.
We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
