Meet Nero!  Nero is a 9 month old black lab who currently weighs 40 pounds.He is house-trained, and working on crate training. He walks well on a leash but gets excited when he sees other dogs out. He rides well in the car and gets very excited to go anywhere. Nero is great with other dogs. He hasn't been around cats or children in his foster home, but we think he would do fine with both. He's good with strangers and warms up to people quickly. He's very snuggly and likes to lay on your lap. Nero barks and would not be well suited for an apartment. Nero would do well with a fenced yard, as he really enjoys being outside and he LOVES to fetch! He is confident and energetic but settles down quickly when told. He enjoys sleeping on his back and is working on basic commands. He is very loyal, sweet, and attentive.   Nero is a typical puppy that will require ongoing training.

Nero’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
