Tinka is a 1-year-old female German Shepherd mix. She is spayed, up-to-date on shots, housebroken, and crate trained.  Her foster parents are helping her get back up to a healthy weight. She is definitely in need of some TLC.  Tinka is very loving and sweet and goes right for a kiss on the mouth when you meet her! She loves to play, romp and toss toys in the air and then chase them. She has a lot of energy and would love walks and chasing a ball in the yard (even though she doesn't understand the fetch part).  Tinka is working on learning basic commands and leash manners.  She is very eager to please so she should learn quickly!

Tinka instantly loves all people and dogs. She's a very curious girl!  When she sees another dog she wants to run right over and say hello.  Tinka hasn't had the opportunity to learn all of the proper doggy social skills yet so she can sometimes play a little rough. 
Tinka has not been tested with children but would likely do just fine.

Tinka’s adoption fee is $250.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip.

We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
